Please read our below return policy and criteria carefully. Items returned that do not meet our return policy and/or criteria will not be refunded.
Except in situations of defective merchandise (which rarely happen), return postage is paid by the buyer. All goods returned must be in unused, saleable condition to receive a refund equal to the purchase price of the merchandise.
In the extremely rare instance that goods are damaged upon delivery, damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to initiate the refund process.
1. Merchandise that you wish to return must be returned within 30 days of purchase. A refund for the value of the merchandise will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please include a record of your order number so we know whom to refund. You can simply include a copy of the packing slip if you wish.
2. Custom-cut, custom-modified, and custom-made goods are non-returnable. This includes zipper chain by the yard, zippers that have been shortened, zippers made reversible, zippers made left-handed and any other goods cut or modified on your behalf, as well as monogrammed blazer buttons.
3. Items market Clearance or Final Sale are non-returnable
1. Please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to notify us to expect your return merchandise. Please reference your order number in your email.
2. Please return your uncut items in the condition you received them. Please include a record of your order number in the shipment. Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase, and please allow 2-3 weeks for the return to be processed.
