Merchandise that you wish to return for reasons other than workmanship issues may be returned within 30 days of purchase to the address on your packing slip. Custom-cut, custom-modified, and custom-made goods are non-returnable. This includes zipper chain by the yard, zippers that have been shortened, zippers made reversible, zippers made left-handed and any other goods cut on your behalf, as well as monogrammed blazer buttons. In the extremely rare instance that goods are damaged upon delivery, damages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt to initiate the refund process.
