We are eager to ship your items to you and offer a variety of shipping methods. Shipping costs, processing times and delivery times vary depending on your order and on the type of shipping selected. Please find all of these shipping details below.
All available shipping methods and charges can be viewed and selected during the checkout process prior to entering payment information.
Orders below $25 will be charged a flat-rate shipping & handling fee of $7.95. We offer a lot of little parts and pieces (hello individual zippers and zipper sliders!) and do not require a minimum purchase quantity. The handling fee helps to cover costs related to fulfillment, such as the labor that goes into packing and shipping, shipping materials, and keeping the lights on so that we can continue to supply you with top notch supplies, whatever your needs may be! The fee is charged once per order and not to each individual item.
We offer shipping options from two carriers – USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx. Shipping selection is made at checkout under "Shipping Method". Some methods may or may not be available due to the size, weight, or contents of certain orders.
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes must select any of the USPS options.
Shipping Dates / Processing Times
Zipper Shipper® ships orders Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Our warehouse team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
The time it takes for your order to leave our warehouse will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Orders with standard shipping selected (USPS Ground or First-Class Mail) will leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
All Expedited Shipping options (USPS Priority Mail, USPS Priority Express, and FedEx Overnight) will ship the same business day if submitted before noon PST / 3pm EST Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). This includes orders with customizations added (shortening, made reversible, etc). Expedited shipping orders made after the cutoff time will be shipped the next business day.
For example, an order with USPS Priority Express shipping is placed on Monday at 11am PST / 2pm EST. This order was placed before our 12pm PST cutoff, so it will be shipped from our warehouse that same day. If the same order, however, is placed on Monday at 1pm PST / 4pm EST, it will leave our warehouse the next business day (Tuesday).
Shipping Delivery Times
Delivery time is based on the method of shipping selected at checkout. The below information reflects the estimated time it will take for you to receive your order once it’s left our warehouse:
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- USPS First Class & Ground Advantage - Usually delivered within 4-5 business days*. Very lightweight shipments can take up to 2 weeks.
- USPS Priority Mail – Usually delivered within 2-3 business days*
- USPS Priority Express – Delivered within 1-2 business days
- Fedex Standard Overnight – Delivered next business day by 5 p.m. to most U.S. addresses (including businesses) and by 8 p.m. to residences.
- Fedex Priority Overnight – Delivered next business day by 12 pm to most U.S. addresses.
*USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail delivery times are not guaranteed.
We ship worldwide, including to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and all countries serviced by partnerships with the US Postal Service.
Available International Shipping Methods:
- USPS First Class - Delivery may take 30 days or more, not guaranteed
- USPS Priority Mail International – Usually delivered within 6-10 business days, not guaranteed
International customers are responsible for any duties and fees.
Please note: The time to delivery for first class mail packages to international addresses can vary widely and unfortunately is out of our control. If time is of the essence, we encourage you to select USPS Priority Mail International, which USPS advises will be delivered within 6-10 business days to many major markets.
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
You will also receive a second email confirmation when your order has shipped. Sometimes, these emails get stuck in spam or all mail folders. Please check these folders if you haven’t heard from us!
Zipper Shipper® is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or packages returned to sender due to incorrectly entered information during checkout. Please check your shipping information for any errors before submitting your order. If the order is returned to us, we can ship it to the corrected address, however, a re-shipment fee will apply.
