We offer a variety of shipping methods. Shipping costs, processing times and delivery times vary depending on your order and on the type of shipping selected. Please find all of these shipping details below.
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in Carlsbad, CA.
Shipping Dates / Processing Times
Zipper Shipper® ships orders Monday – Friday, excluding US holidays. Our warehouse team takes a much-deserved break on weekends and federal holidays, so orders placed on those days will be shipped the following business day.
At checkout, you will be asked to select your method of shipping. Each method will show an estimated delivery time. Estimated delivery time is based on ship date, which is when your order ships from our warehouse.
The time it takes for your order to ship from our warehouse will depend on the shipping method you select at checkout.
Orders with standard shipping selected leave our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
Expedited Shipping options ("Rush", "Express", "FedEx Overnight") will ship from our warehouse the same business day if submitted before noon PST / 3pm EST Mon-Fri (excluding holidays). This includes orders with customizations added (shortening, made reversible, etc). Expedited shipping orders made after the cutoff time will be shipped the following business day.
For example, an order with "Rush" shipping is placed on Monday at 11am PST. This order was placed before our 12pm PST cutoff, so it will be shipped from our warehouse that same day. If the same order, however, is placed on Monday at 1pm PST, it will leave our warehouse the next business day (Tuesday).
Shipping Delivery Times
Delivery time is based on the method of shipping selected at checkout. The below information reflects the estimated time it will take for you to receive your order once it’s left our warehouse:
Domestic Shipping (USA):
- Standard: 3-6 business days
- Rush: 2-3 business days
- Express: 1-2 business days
- FedEx Overnight: next business day
*Please note that delivery times are NOT GUARANTEED and may be subject to carrier delays due to weather and unforeseen circumstances. Zipper Shipper does not refund shipping costs due to delivery delays
*Zipper Shipper is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages that are marked as "Delivered"
Shipping Methods
We ship via two carriers – USPS (United States Postal Service) and FedEx. Shipping method will be determined by Zipper Shipper based on the size, weight, and contents of certain orders.
Deliveries to P.O. Boxes will be made by USPS.
We are unable to accommodate order comments with shipping instructions such as "leave by door" or "make sure sent via FedEx". If you have a specific shipping need and/or are unable to accept shipments from a certain carrier, please call us prior to placing your order. We are not responsible for requests made after an order has been placed.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide, including to Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and all countries serviced by partnerships with the US Postal Service.
Available International Shipping Methods:
- USPS First Class - Delivery may take 30 days or more, not guaranteed
- USPS Priority Mail International – Usually delivered within 6-10 business days, not guaranteed
International customers are responsible for any duties and fees.
Please note: The time to delivery for first class mail packages to international addresses can vary widely and unfortunately is out of our control. If time is of the essence, we encourage you to select USPS Priority Mail International, which USPS advises will be delivered within 6-10 business days to many major markets.
**Canadian customers please note - due to the ongoing strike issues with Canada Post, any orders placed by Canadian customers will be shipped via FedEx

All available shipping methods and charges can be viewed and selected during the checkout process prior to entering payment information.
Additional Information
Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details.
You will also receive a second email confirmation when your order has shipped. Sometimes, these emails get stuck in spam or all mail folders. Please check these folders if you haven’t heard from us!
Zipper Shipper® is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address or packages returned to sender due to incorrectly entered information during checkout. Please check your shipping information for any errors before submitting your order. If the order is returned to us, we can ship it to the corrected address, however, a re-shipment fee will apply.
