#8 Standard Slider For Molded Plastic Zipper

7.5 mm winter coat zipper -> #8 slider.
Easy install after removing the old top stops (via wire cutters).
Replaced both sliders and the top stops (pliers to close the new stops in place).

Don't forget to:
1. Identify your zipper type from Zipper Shipper's guide
2. Measure your zipper width per Zipper Shipper's guide
3. Pick the right slider per Zipper Shipper's guide
4. Buy 2 new top stops, since installing new sliders means cutting off the old ones (Zipper Shipper has packs of 10)

I was dreading putting in a new zipper on a favorite jacket so I chanced ordering just the slider to see if I could make it work. Your instructions on how to measure and the names of all of the different sliders was very helpful in obtaining the correct one. The order came quickly and within 10 minutes of receiving it I had successfully fixed the zipper and it works perfectly. My only comment to the negative is I wish you offered more colors.

The zipper pull was perfect. I originally purchased a "YKK No. 8" zipper pull set (Qty: 3) from an outfit on Amazon. After destroying 2 of them trying to get them to work, I decided to try yours. I should have gone to you first! Unfortunately, I had to use their zipper stop after the repair since you did not include one with the zipper pull. But, I now have a perfectly working new (old) jacket to use! ! ! !
