This business has awesome customer service. When my first order did not work they asked me to send pictures and then provided me with information to order the correct zipper pull. I finally got the one that fit.
Better quality than my old zip puller which was broken. Just make sure you order the right size.
i have had trouble finding the right zipper pull for a bag replacement. This one was perfect!! Thank You so much.
I ordered a slider that I thought should work in repair of nordic ski boot.
It was the same size as damaged one, for a nylon coil zipper. The slider that came in was unmarked, and it did not work. I wrote back to customer service complaining about no markings to identify the item and that it did not work. I received a quick response suggesting that perhaps the zipper is a concealed type used for more water resistance applications, and if so I would need a reverse bale slider which they also sell. I ordered that and received it today, and it works great! I
These worked great to fix a broken suitcase!
