Description
All plastic sliders feature a body made of plastic (as opposed to traditional metal), making them light in weight and resistant to corrosion. These can work on a variety of applications. They can be used as replacement sliders on anything from jackets and pockets to swimwear and bags.
Please note: while the body of this slider is made entirely of plastic, there is a tiny metal pin inside the slider, which is used for the auto-lock mechanism.

Although the Lilac was a little lighter in color than what was pictured online, it still allowed me to rejuvenate a 20 year old squall coat for another 100,000 miles! If a heavy duty version had been offered I would probably have gone with that, but hopefully this one will last and last!

I'm gonna enjoy this zipper
I have a 25 year old winter coat, light and warm, exactly right for New England winters. The plastic zipper that came with the coat gave up after about 15 years and my wife replaced it with a brass zipper from Zipper shipper. That worked just fine until early this winter, so she is replacing it with a new one that is one size larger.
