Description
#5 molded plastic two-way separating zippers feature teeth that measure approximately 5mm (1/4 inch) wide when zipped.
These are 2-way zippers (they have two sliders) and are sometimes referred to as dual zippers, double zippers, or two-head zippers. These zippers unzip from the bottom down and the top up. There are TWO sliders on the zipper track.
These zippers separate at the bottom into two separate pieces (like on a jacket). If you are looking for a two-way molded plastic zipper with two zipper heads that meet and open from the middle, please see #5 molded plastic continuous zipper chain.

Zipper or jewelry?
I recently received two zippers one to use and one as backup if needed. The zippers were undoubtedly the best made and best looking zippers I have ever seen. It seemed a shame to use it for my ratty old coat but I did. As my son said when I showed him the new zipper in the old coat "that zipper will outcast that coat for sure great zipper lousy coat"
