Description
The #7 standard slider for metal zipper is an auto-lock slider that is compatible with #7 metal zippers and #7 metal zipper chain only.
It can also be used as the top slider on a two-way zipper.
It is commonly used for applications where the zipper needs to stay in place until the slider tab is pulled, such as jackets.

Carl Brady Number 7 slider was what I needed. Works fine now. saved a $100 jacket

K Wiggers Tools needed: small screwdriver to remove stopper.
Needlenose pliers.
Cutters to remove some threads which were also acting as stoppers.
With that install was flawless and product seems great.

Lilac zipper
Although the Lilac was a little lighter in color than what was pictured online, it still allowed me to rejuvenate a 20 year old squall coat for another 100,000 miles! If a heavy duty version had been offered I would probably have gone with that, but hopefully this one will last and last!
