I had planned to shorten the 32" to 31" but I could not remove the top stop or the teeth. Had to reorder which I saw was shipped the same day I ordered!

The zipper I order is perfect for my knitted sweater. The zipper arrived quickly and I have installed it immediately.

Perfect fit and size.

I recently received two zippers one to use and one as backup if needed. The zippers were undoubtedly the best made and best looking zippers I have ever seen. It seemed a shame to use it for my ratty old coat but I did. As my son said when I showed him the new zipper in the old coat "that zipper will outcast that coat for sure great zipper lousy coat"

I could not be more pleased.

Easy to use. salvaged a new coat with out having to replace the zipper. How to's and related information is good but very hard to find.

The Zippershipper site is terrific at helping you sort through the wide variety of zippers available. I'm so appreciative that they can be cut to length. The one I got is for a hand-knit dog coat. It's the perfect size and color. I wish there were a guiding stitch in the cloth of the zipper to guide my not so steady hand stitching in putting the zipper in place. Still, the finished product looks great!

I strayed once, buying a zipper from someone else-& regretted it because it didn’t work as well as all the other zippers, without exception, I’ve gotten from Zipper Shipper. When USPS delivered the package to the wrong address, the company replaced the order without question.
