Ideal if you need hard-to-find half-inch lengths or if you like keeping a small stash of long two-way black zippers that can easily be shortened. Also great for gifts!
These are 2-way zippers (they have two sliders) and are sometimes referred to as dual zippers, double zippers, or two-head zippers. These zippers zip down from the top and up from the bottom.
When the zipper is installed in a jacket, the bottom slider can move up the track, unzipping the lower portion of the zipper and allowing one’s legs room to move around more freely. Great for long coats!

zipped right up
Tools needed: small screwdriver to remove stopper.
Needlenose pliers.
Cutters to remove some threads which were also acting as stoppers.
With that install was flawless and product seems great.
