Description
The #3 silver metallic nylon coil separating jacket zipper is an upgraded version of the traditional nylon coil zipper. Featuring silver plated coiled teeth, this lightweight metallic coil zipper has the appearance of a metal zipper, but the flexibility of a coil zipper.
This zipper fully separates at the bottom, jacket style.

Replacement zipper
I am repairing a back pack style shoulder bag zipper that keeps popping open in the middle. I can't find why it pops, as it meshes properly, and I can't pull it and make it pop. So I am just going to replace it before the contents of the bag fall out and get lost. This zipper appears to be as close a match to the original as I can expect to find, other than it separates, but I can sew the connection below the opening beginning.
