The #5 standard slider for metal zipper is an auto-lock slider that is compatible with #5 metal zippers and #5 metal zipper chain only. It can also be used as the top slider on a two-way zipper.

 

It is commonly used for applications where the zipper needs to stay in place until the slider tab is pulled, such as jackets.

Great value

worked great on a pair of jeans where the zipper didn't stay up. Just needed a locking slide. So much easier to than putting in a whole new zipper.
