Description
#10 molded plastic extra-long separating zippers feature teeth that measure approximately 10mm (1/2 inch) wide when zipped. These #10 molded plastic extra-long separating zippers separate at the bottom, jacket-style.
#10 molded plastic extra-long separating zippers from Zipper Shipper® are marine grade and UV-protected, offering resistance to yellowing and degradation.
These are one-way zippers (they have one slider).
Choice of 3 sliders:
- 1-Handle Autolock is typically used on garments and upholstery
- 1-Handle Nonlock is typically used on bags and covers
- 2-Handle Nonlock Slider is typically used for tents and similar applications (i.e. sleeping bags) where inside/outside access is needed.
Tape width: 3/4" each side.

#7 Gunmetal Coil Separating Jacket Zipper
Works great
7.5 mm winter coat zipper -> #8 slider.
Easy install after removing the old top stops (via wire cutters).
Replaced both sliders and the top stops (pliers to close the new stops in place).
Don't forget to:
1. Identify your zipper type from Zipper Shipper's guide
2. Measure your zipper width per Zipper Shipper's guide
3. Pick the right slider per Zipper Shipper's guide
4. Buy 2 new top stops, since installing new sliders means cutting off the old ones (Zipper Shipper has packs of 10)
