Description
#10 Plastic Nomex® zippers are heavy-duty fire resistant separating zippers with zipper teeth that measure approximately 10mm wide when zipped. These zippers include an auto-lock slider, which is most commonly found on jackets.
The zipper tape is made of fire-retardant, high-temperature resistant Nomex® material and the zipper teeth are made of DuPont Zytel® heavy-duty plastic resin.
These heavy-duty zipper separate at the bottom, jacket-style.
These zippers are UL® tested and certified.

I had a jacket I love but the zipper broke. I reached out to the manufacturer to see if I could order a replacement zipper. They said my jacket was 6 years old and they didn't have a replacement.

Great Replacement Zipper
The zipper on my daughter’s pink rain jacket broke, so rather than discard it and buy a new coat, we decided to try to be resourceful and replace the zipper. The tailor didn’t have one that even closely matched the color of the jacket, so we went online and found zippershipper.com!
