Want to try out our most popular jeans/pants zippers? Our Jeans Zipper Starter Pack contains 10 zippers of the same length and style. Jeans zippers have a flat-lock slider, which is ideal for jeans, pants and pockets. Starter packs include (10) total zippers, including the most popular colors stocked for the #5 brass closed-end jean zipper and the #4.5 brass jean zipper.
Each sampler pack includes:
- (6) #5 closed-end brass jeans zippers. 1 of each color (Beige, Black, Navy, White) + 2 additional bonus colors
- (4) #4.5 closed-end brass jeans zippers. 1 of each color (Beige, Black, Navy, White)
#5 Brass closed-end jeans zippers are the most common metal zippers used on jeans and pockets. They are made of medium-weight metal and feature teeth that measure approximately 5mm (1/4 inch) wide when zipped. They are closed at the bottom, and do not separate.
#4.5 brass closed-end jeans zippers are made of lighter-weight metal than traditional #5 jeans zippers and are often used on ladies' pants.
These zippers feature a locking slider that lays flat when closed. The zipper teeth have a shiny gold/brass finish.

Now that I have it, I don't know how to attach it. The zipper halves are intact with stops on both sides of the zipper. Spreading the slider seems the only way.
