Description
#8 nylon coil separating zippers are heavy-duty reversible zippers with teeth that measure approximately 8mm wide when zipped.
These zippers feature a specialized swing-around slider with a handle that swings around to fall on the desired side of the zipper, making the zipper reversible. One side of the reversible zipper when worn appears invisible/concealed, while the other has the coil chain exposed.
These zippers separate at the bottom, jacket-style. These are one-way zippers (they have one slider).
This zipper is right-handed when worn with the coil side exposed (slider is on the right). When the zipper is worn with the invisible side exposed, the zipper is left-handed.
Nylon coil is the most flexible zipper material and is best if a heavy duty zipper that's pliable is needed.
