Description
#3 nylon coil continuous zipper chain is lightweight and features coiled teeth that measure approximately 3mm (1/10 inch) wide when zipped. Nylon coil zipper chain is flexible and is the optimal choice for projects with curves.
HOW TO ORDER - Zipper chain is sold by the yard and by the spool. Spools come in increments of 100 and 200 yards (color dependent).
- If purchasing by the yard, select "By the Yard" in the quantity field and enter the desired number of yards in the quantity box below. Bulk discounts start when buying quantities of 10 yards or more. A quantity of 1 = 1 yard. A quantity of 10 = 10 yards, etc. Zipper chain will come as 1 continuous zipper, regardless of yards ordered. A quantity of 10 yards, for example, will come as 10 yards of continuous zipper chain and not 10 pieces that are 1 yard each.
- If purchasing by the spool, select "Spool" in the quantity field and enter the desired number of spools. There are 2 types of full spools - 100 yard spools and 200 yard spools. A quantity of 1x 100 yard spool = 100 yards. A quantity of 2x 100 yard spools = 200 yards, etc. When purchasing zipper chain by the spool, you will receive the physical spool, which is convenient for storage.
Zipper sliders sold separately. #3 nylon coil sliders sold by Zipper Shipper® are compatible with this zipper chain.
Suitable for 1- and 2-way zippers. You can make both 1-way and 2-way zippers from nylon coil zipper chain. A 2-way zipper that opens from the middle bag-style can be constructed by simply attaching the sliders in the configuration you want.
Suitable for invisible / concealed zippers. You can make invisible-looking zippers from nylon coil chain by pairing it with reverse bale sliders.
Zipper chain can only be used for closed-end zipper applications. Separating zippers (up to 30 ft) can be found via our Bottom Separating Zippers listings.

The zipper pull was perfect. I originally purchased a "YKK No. 8" zipper pull set (Qty: 3) from an outfit on Amazon. After destroying 2 of them trying to get them to work, I decided to try yours. I should have gone to you first! Unfortunately, I had to use their zipper stop after the repair since you did not include one with the zipper pull. But, I now have a perfectly working new (old) jacket to use! ! ! !
